Our BCaBA is Peiling "Pearl" Li. Pearl's graduate degrees are in Educational Administration and Research.
In the office we have Gloria Mansfield, our Billing Specialist, and Joan Giles, our Administrative Support. Additionally, Ron Fox helps keep everything running smoothly within the facility.
Yawen Zhou is also a BCBA. Yawen's Master's degree is in Applied Behavior Analysis from FIT. soon.
Another of our BCBAs is Wayne Robb. Wayne's has been working in applied behavior analysis for decades and brings a wealth of experience to BEC!
Our CEO, Dr. Karen R. Wagner, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the doctoral level (BCBA-D), a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and has a Ph.D. in Education with a focus in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis. She is an adjunct professor in Applied Behavior Analysis for UMASS, Lowell; a Trustee for the Cambridge Center for Behavioral Studies; was on the Board of Directors for the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts; is a past-president of the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis and is a frequent presenter nationally and internationally on topics relating to behavior analysis, ethics, supervision, education, and technology. Our recent endeavor allows BACB-certified behavior analysts access to behavior analysis CEUs in an easy-to-use online format on wwwTheBehaviorAnalyst.com.

Our HR/Payroll Specialist, Auslyn James is completing her Masters Degree in Human Resources and comes to us from Air France, among other places!
Another of our BCBAs, Beth Dowding Keller, has a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Josephs, and returns after a 2-1/2 year hiatus.
Our staff includes Board certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Board Certified assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), Teachers, Behavior Assistants, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's), office staff and facilities staff. Our staff are committed to providing the best services possible. All staff working with students are trained in behavior analysis, and in the specific, individualized, student behavior programs. Staff are also trained in Professional Crisis Management (PCM). This system of intervention also focuses upon preventing unwanted or dangerous behavior, but provides methods to intervene when behaviors become dangerous to themselves or others.
Several staff have training in VB MAPP (verbal behavior) and Essentials for Living. Additionally, staff receive frequent feedback and opportunities for professional development.
Our Education Director, Dr. Heather Dimmig has a PhD in Human Services Psychology. She has over 6 years of experience in program operations, and extensive experience in education research.
